This kit includes eight heavy duty rubber feet that bolt on to your footplate to raise it off the ground an additional 1/2 inch (13mm).
Whether you need more clearance on thick carpeting, or you are looking to double stack heavy bands, this easy to install kit will give you the extra room you need!

The risers were very easy to install and gave the board the extra height to stack bands as well as made it easier to attach the bands to the openings in the board.

I've been extremely happy with the Flootplate and how it not only added to but, expanded the number of exercises I have available. Nearly any lower body exercise is easy to perform. I had increased my strength levels but was now limited due the clearance necessary to use multiple bands on the Footplate. Along came the riser kit and it's enabled me add multiple bands into my routine while keeping the Footplate a rock solid base. Thanks for great enhancement!
