Clench’s resistance band handles are an awesome addition to any home gym that includes resistance bands. Especially works great for things you can’t do with dumbbells like lat pulldows, seated rows and triceps pushdowns plus they’re useful for many many more exercises. Definitely a WIN in my book and you can’t beat the price.
